SUGGESTIONS: Personal, Positive, Present Tense, Clear & Simple, Can & Love (use these 2 words a lot). These put in positives ++++'s and give direction to your inner mind.
I lose weight. I love losing weight. I can get an 'A' on my Math exam. I study hard. I am prepared for the exam. My shoulder muscles grow big and strong.
STATEMENTS: Truths that you want your inner mind to know. Your conscious mind knows these but your inner mind may not. These are especially good for changing attitude. Many people eat junk food due to stress, anger, boredom. For most areas 1 or 2 statements are good.
The purpose of eating is to nourish my body. Driving the speed limit is safer. Exercise helps me lose weight faster. Paying attention in class helps me get better grades.
ANTI-SUGGESTIONS: They are true statements meant to inform and hit your inner with the truth so hard that it releases negatives.
Overeating and eating junk food puts on weight. Smoking causes lung cancer. Skipping my study period can lower my exam grade. Stalling making a sales call can lower my sales.
