What Can I Do?
Need help? With stress and anger, your business, school, desire to smoke or whatever is going on. Get ideas and answers simply by shifting your daily self hypnosis to "What can I do? Your inner mind knows you on a deeper level and can provide ideas and answers. This entry will describe the Just Ask Technique.
Just Ask Technique
Go into peace SH (self hypnosis) See lesson 2.
Say to yourself:
My shoulders, arms and hands are at peace.
My chest and stomach are at peace.
My back is at peace.
And feel the peace coming over you.
Then bring the area of concern up.
Then say to yourself:
What can I do?
What can I do?
What can I do?
What can I do?
Keep repeating. Then go about your business. Do this at different times during your day. When doubts and fears about something come up shift your mind to "What can I do? When stuck do this. Start a habit of doing this. The next step is to see, feel, or somehow receive the insight. Insight comes on its own schedule.You may start asking "what can I do" and not receive an insight until waking up the next day. Or it may just develop over time. Just keep asking and insight will come.
