Tapes - Achieve Goals

Hypnosis is about adding positives and removing negatives from your inner mind. Tapes are powerful when used on a daily basis. There are 2 types: relax and outloud. For 'relax' You need to sit or lie down in a quiet area or use headphones. For 'outloud' listen while driving, cooking, working, whenever. Time 6 - 9 minutes each. Listen to 2 or more tapes a day. Relax tapes are meant to take you in a light hypnosis state. Outloud are in normal consciousness. The Achieve Goals tape is a general one. It can be used for any goal.
