QUIT SMOKING day 1
The day you quit smoking will be one of the best days of your life.
It's tough quitting but it's worth it. This blog is about self hypnosis. About you taking charge and quitting. Most of the stuff presented here is the same 'stuff' that a hypnotist would do with you. What's different is that a hypnotist takes you much deeper. At this point I think there will be 5 or 6 daily sessions here. Follow them and listen to the two tapes. What's different here is that we will be working on the inner mind. The part that contains your memories, habits, emotions, creativity, imagination and the part that directs the body. I have seen people walk out of a quit smoking session and quit with almost no withdrawals. My goal as a hypnotist is that this will happen with more and more people.
This Session
I want you to look at your smoking. Sit down in a comfortable chair in a relaxing atmosphere. Give yourself peace suggestions.
My shoulders, arms and hands are at peace.
My chest and stomach are at peace.
My back is at peace.
Think about and reflect on the following three:
The Past - Reflect on how you started, how long you smoked, how many, health problems, tried to quit.
The Present - how many I smoke, when, how's breathing and throat, how do I feel about smoking.
The Future - What will happen if I continue to smoke. What will happen if I quit.
A nonsmoker is a person who wakes up with no thoughts or desires to smoke and goes thorough the whole day without any thoughts or desires to smoke. Day after day after day. Daydream about being a nonsmoker.

Listen to this tape while cooking, cleaning, driving, anytime anyplace. About 7 minutes long.
