INNER MIND - Operating System

What kind of Operating System do you use now?
Most people would not be able to answer this question because they have never spent time thinking about operating systems for their mind. Everybody has one. Over their lifetime they have developed bit by bit their own operating system. A lot of people have developed good ones. A lot haven't. An operating system and specialized programs are vital to your computer. They are even more important to the internal workings of your mind resulting in more happiness or more pain and suffering. Which do you want?

What do I mean by operating system? I mean how you overcome temptations to eat junk, skip a study period or to bite your fingernails. An operating system to reduce anger and stress, to increase motivation and determination, to get insight and answers, to let go of painful memories. To have a happier and more productive life. An operating system defines the relationship between the conscious mind and the inner mind.

THE WEST COAST HYPNOSIS OPERATING SYSTEM PRINCIPLES
a. All parts are partners. Each with a different role to play.
b. The conscious mind is in charge.
c. Awareness can be shared. It can be 95% conscious and 5% inner mind in daily life or 5% conscious and 95% inner mind in deep hypnosis. Or any mix you want.
d. The conscious mind can bring into awareness parts of your inner mind using self hypnosis. It can then use a program to produce results.
e. Good experiences can be amplified. Bad experiences can be lessened.
f. Changes can be made. You can drop bad habits and add good ones. You can let go of anger. You can activate your creativity.
g. You can get peace and strength when needed.

So far in this blog I have covered a number of areas with "Temptations" being the most complete area.

This blog will teach the operating system. If you live in the Bay Area come in for a free class.
