QUIT SMOKING day 8

If you decided to:

CONTINUE TO SMOKE
When its time to quit come to a private session, workshop or a free class if you live in the Bay Area. Otherwise start at quit smoking day 1 and/or try another method.

SET DATE TO QUIT
Make a plan until its time. Use the quit smoking days program. Come to a hypnosis session. Whatever you need.

I QUIT
Give yourself peace self hypnosis
My shoulders, arms and hands are at peace.
My chest and stomach are at peace.
My back is at peace.

See a giant switch in your mind. It is now turned to smoker. Turn the switch to nonsmoker.
Become more aware of your lungs and throat. Turn the switch to heal. Say: My lungs and throat are healing.

Start forgetting about smoking. See smoking becoming part of your past.
Do the above many times in the next few days.

A SAMPLE PROGRAM for first 30 days

**Listen to both tapes.
**When Tempted Ideas
  See The Signpost - My future as a smoker vs. a nonsmoker
  Say Antisuggestions - Smoking burns...poisons...kills...is gross
  If I smoke just 1 cigarette I become a smoker again.
  See "Temptations" blog entries.
**Take care of yourself
