Your inner mind is like a computer which lacks critical thinking. However rather than download a file you need to take time and effort to program it. You need to learn how. The Goalsheet is a powerful method when used on a daily basis. It is read out loud or said to yourself each morning. On a sheet of paper or better using a computer write out the following. Then write in your goal, the start date and your RAP.

My Goal  I weigh under 200 pounds

Give Strong Self Hypnosis                       Start Date Mar 28, 2009

RAP
I lose weight,
I love losing weight.
I am under 200 pounds.
Overeating and eating junk puts on weight.
The purpose of eating is to nourish my body.

See Feel your Vision  

First say your goal outloud. Second give yourself the strong self hypnosis suggestions to get you going. Then read your start date. Then say your RAP. Next name the costs of failure. Then the benefits of success. Last let your dream come into awareness. See and feel it as a vision. Do this once in the morning. Perhaps before you leave. This only takes a minute or two but is a great way to start the day.
