Insight - Seed Technique

The seed technique can be used for insight and to put in positive suggestions. Go into peace self hypnosis.
My shoulders, arms and hands are at peace.
My chest and stomach are at peace.
My back is at peace.
Now imagine your inner mind as a garden and you are the gardener. Put your question into a seed. Plant and water it. Watch it grow into a flower. On each petal a letter spelling out your answer or insight. Or perhaps the answer will just pop into your awareness now or the next morning. Use the seed technique during your busy day when standing in line, walking, whenever. Put your hopes and dreams about your goal into a seed and plant them.
Insight comes on its own schedule. It might come right away or when you wake up the next morning. It might not come at all. The idea is to keep asking in different ways and you might get the insight you want.
Note: Insight can be wrong.
