Daily Life - Waking Up
First time readers go to Category Archive on right sidebar and click on aWelcome for an intro.
Let's start the day off right.
1. While still in bed take a few moments to bring up your goal and other priorities. See feel yourself reaching your goal.
2. Now say to yourself: Today is a good day. I expect good things to happen.
3. Then say:
My feet are strong.
My legs are strong.
My back is strong.
My chest and stomach are strong.
My shoulders, arms and hands are strong.
My neck, my head are strong.
I am strong.
Then get up when you are ready.
4. Listen to 1 or 2 tapes before you leave for work or wherever. (you can download. click on tapes on right sidebar)
