TAPES: Powerful when used on a daily basis. There are two types: relax and outloud. For 'relax' you need to sit or lie down in a quiet area or use headphones. For 'outloud' listen while driving, cooking, making the bed, most anytime anyplace. Time: 6 - 8 minutes each. Listen to 2 or more tapes a day. Relax tapes put you in a light relaxed state. Outloud are normal consciousness. So far 6 tapes more coming. GO TO CATEGORY Archivesw on right and click on Tapes.

BLOG ENTRIES: Each day read 1 entry. Any Entry. Look at categories or scroll down. If you are having temptation to eat junk click on temptations. Its best to start with peace self hypnosis and end with strong self hypnosis.
