WALKING TO GYM
As you walk to the gym give yourself suggestions.
I am strong
I am full of energy
I complete my whole program.
Put in your goals here. For example
I bench 225 pounds today.
Keep repeating these until you get into the gym.
WORKING OUT
In between sets working out your shoulders: My shoulder muscles grow big and strong. Or whatever you want.
In between sets working out your arms: My arm muscles grow big and strong. Or whatever you want.
Repeat for all muscle groups that you workouted.
FINISHING
Visualize the body you want.
