EAT LESS IDEAS
Start by cutting the junk. Maybe a very small amount is OK. Each person is different. Next lower the amount of food until you start losing weight at a healthy rate. This may take a few weeks. Set the portions of food before you eat. Just eat this portion. If you find yourself hungry between meals eat a small healthy snack. The purpose of eating is to nourish your body. Lose weight at a safe healthy pace.

EXERCISE MORE
Exercise helps you lose weight faster. It also makes you healthier and stronger. Overall it reduces stress and raises your energy level. The formula has 2 sides. If you do not exercise you can still lose weight but that means you will have eat even less.

STRATEGY
For Most People: During the weight loss period it is more important to eat less and to start exercising. During the keep it off period it is very important to have a vigorous exercise program ongoing.
