Weight Loss - Past & Present
It's important to look back at your weight history.
EXERCISE
Sit down in a comfortable chair.
Give yourself the peace suggestions:
My shoulders, arms and hands are at peace.
My chest and stomach are at peace.
My back is at peace.
Go back in time to when you started grade school.
Observe your weight.
Now go through grade school - high school - 20's, 30's etc.
When overweight look at reasons for being overweight.
Look at ways you lost weight.
Come up to present time.
Look at your current body
Rub and feel it.
Ask: How did this happen? What's going on?
Say: I can lose weight.
