Hypnosis is different because it goes to the inner mind the source of your desires to overeat and eat junk food. It allows you to discover what's going on and lets you release these desires. No other method allow you to interact with your inner mind. With hypnosis and self hypnosis you can build good eating habits. Because it goes directly it happens sooner. You save valuable time and money. And there is a much higher rate of the pounds staying off.

A. Tapes are powerful when used on a daily basis. There are two types: relax and outloud. For 'relax' you need to sit or lie down in a quiet area or use headphones. For 'outloud' listen while driving, cooking, working, whenever. Time 6 - 8 minutes long. They are short enough to easily listen to each day. Relax tapes are meant to take you in a light relaxed state. Outloud are normal consciousness.
There are 2 weight loss tapes. They are in the "Talking to Yourself" sections just below. There are also 6 tapes in Categories - Tapes to the right. You can listen on the computer or download and put on ipod.
B. Read the blog. Each day read 1 entry. Start here then move down the Weight Loss sections. Once you finish these pick an entry from here or any other part of blog.
First start with peace self hypnosis. Just say these 3 suggestions to yourself.
My shoulders, arms and hands are at peace.
My chest and stomach are at peace.
My back is at peace.
