Weight Loss - The Journal
Some people are into journals and some are not. I ask people to have one. You can choose to write everything you eat in your journal. Or you can choose to write down every time you have a temptation. Or you can simply write the following down when you eat junk or overeat. Notice that if you don't eat junk or overeat you don't have to have a journal.
EATING JOURNAL
a. When & where. 3 pm at work
b. Ask yourself: What was going on? I realized I couldn't finish on time.
c. What I did? Ate snickers bar.
d. Write it down on paper or record it mentally.
THUMBS UP OR THUMBS DOWN JOURNAL
This is the one I like. At the end of the day write in your journal thumbs up (an up arrow for me) or thumbs down (down arrow)

Keep a journal.
