A baby has a conscious mind in its awareness and an unconscious mind not in awareness. The unconscious contains the deeper programming and is unknown at present. As this child grows up her conscious mind fills up with school, experiences, habits etc. It becomes to big for awareness and splits into the conscious mind and the inner mind. The conscious containing critical thinking usually dominates. The inner mind sometimes called the subconscious comes into your awareness often when angry, daydreaming, sports etc. This is the part that sends you desires to eat cookies and ice cream.

The inner mind lacks critical thinking. This means it can not tell what is true or false. Yes it can not tell what is true or false. It is made up of positive and negative memories, emotions, habits etc built up over a lifetime. In a specific area if the ++++'s are stronger they will send you strength, peace, confidence, answers, ideas, determination. If the ----'s are stronger they will bring doubts, tiredness, desires, "I want cookies", anger, bad memories.


Lets look at weight loss. If the positives are stronger you will be inspired to eat less and will want to exercise more. If you have a desire to eat sweets you will shrug it off easily. You will lose weight. If the negatives are stronger you will get repeated messages to eat a candy bar, to overeat at dinner and to skip your workout. You can still lose weight but it will be a constant struggle. What are these negatives and where did they come from? Past failures, stress, anger, work, health issues and childhood experiences are common ones.

STRATEGY
Hypnosis and self hypnosis brings your inner mind into your awareness. Hypnosis a lot. Self hypnosis a little. This allows us to add positives and remove negatives daily. More positives and less negatives. Once the positives become stronger your whole mind comes together to lose weight. The desires to eat junk or overeat are gone or greatly reduces. Losing weight becomes fun. We then need to get the positives stronger

Everything in this program is designed add positives and remove negatives from the inner mind to make the positives the stronger so you lose weight. I have spent the last 26 years researching these ideas. Feel free to add yours.
